On behalf of the Whitby family, we’d like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone for your kind thoughts, wishes and messages of support over the past month.
It is always a sad time when we lose someone close to us, and in Bryan you’d struggle to find a more genuine and loved person in this world.
Cards, letters and telephone calls have been received from all over the world and reaffirmed to us how special Bryan was to everyone within the ice cream industry and beyond.
His recently held funeral was attended by nearly 300 people, many of whom had travelled a considerable distance – including overseas.
We all have so much to be thankful to Bryan for and it is unlikely as many of us would be as successful as we are today without his hard work and determination in those early days.
We will have a special tribute to him at our event in Nantwich later in 2016 – details for which are currently being finalised.
We have set up a fundraising campaign in Bryan’s memory for St Luke’s Hospice where he spent his final few days, if you would like to make a donation please click the link below.
