We offer a 12-month warranty on all that is manufactured and fitted by Whitby Morrison. Anything else is strictly subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All Whitby Morrison products are supplied with a back-to-base warranty. However, we will always endeavour to resolve any problem over the telephone.
The Whitby Morrison Direct Drive System powers the Soft Ice Cream Machine directly from the vehicle engine eliminating the requirement for a generator.

Whitby Morrison Ice Cream Vans are primarily built using a Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit. We also work with the Fiat Ducato and Chevrolet Express for international markets.
Whitby Morrison Ice Cream Vans can be converted to include the Power Pack System. In turn this will provide up to 3000w enabling you to operate a Slush or Coffee Machine in your van.
All newly built Whitby Morrison refrigeration systems operate using Refrigerant Gas R404a. Older models may operate with a different Refrigerant Gas – please consult your local Refrigeration Engineer if you have any doubts.
To sell ice cream in public you must have a valid Public Liability insurance certificate and the correct Mobiler’s license, which can be issued by your local council. Please note that individual licensing requirements can vary from council to council.
