Whitby Mondial
The Whitby Morrison Mondial is very latest design from the world's leading manufacturer of ice cream vehicles.
The new model is a combination of nostalgic styling and forward thinking as well as being a direct reflection of the passion held by the Whitby design team for the Mobiling market.
The very first styling feature that stands out with the Mondial bodywork is the amalgamation of Whitby and Cummins; the grand protruding front is typical of the latter compliments the Sprinter cab area with a perfect blending of the two together.
Whilst the Cummins styling takes precedence with the front, Whitby design is incorporated to complete the rear of the bodywork; high level rear lighting and a sleek modern shape will clearly benefit the 21st Century Mobiler in terms of practicality and image.
The rear bumper section has been adapted and reduced in size to present a more slim-line image as well as supporting the shape of the fantastic new rear lights; the off-rectangular nature is a characteristic shared by the very latest Mercedes Cars, demonstrating a highly prestigious image. They are also highly durable in terms of performance when faced with the most demanding of Mobiling and travel conditions.
In an era when the image of an Ice Cream Van is key to it's success, Whitby Morrison have carefully considered every unique detail of the Mondial's design. The Louvres around the vehicle have been redesigned to offer a more clear presentation of the displayed graphic and wording. This also adds a further bold characteristic to this esteemed new model.
Furthermore, the average Mobiling customer continues to exercise further caution when examining the vehicle from which they are buying. Whitby Morrison have considered this small, but highly significant detail by including the illustrious Mercedes badge in a prominent position on the rear of the vehicle. In turn, this tiny addition will enhance the consumer's confidence significantly.
The adaptations of the Mondial bodywork begin with the selection of windows available to the customer. Once again, Whitby and Cummins styling clarifies the different possibilities; the Whitby option allows the customer to enjoy a modern image with the reduced-size rear panel of the side glass. This offers a perfect match with the fully moulded one-piece interior. Alternatively, Mobilers may prefer the Cummins arrangement with a standardised size panel for each section of the window. This tends to work perfectly with the Cummins-styled laminate and stainless steel finished interior.
The interior of the Mondial model remains fully customisable with an almost infinite array of possibilities available to suit the most stringent requirements of the Mobiler. Whether you require an additional drinks chill with access from the top or perhaps an additional plate in the freezer; everything is made specifically for you. As with previous models, Whitby Morrison have allowed for the inclusion of a storage boot with access through the rear door.
The Whitby-styled interior is a development of that used to complete the Whitby 2000 Ford Transit model. Whilst offering the same high level of durability and excellent quality finish, it has also been developed to compliment and assist the Mobiler's performance in satisfying the most demanding customer. This includes a newly developed fridge-top and moulded roof liner.
The Cummins-styled interior continues to offer 21st Century quality fittings with a nostalgic and traditional heritage. The variety of laminate finishes as well as stainless steel counter work ensures that no matter which you choose, both the Whitby and Cummins themes live up to their name and quality.
