Van Uno Colore Machine
The ‘Colore’ system is a fantastic Carpigiani innovation adding colourful ribbons of flavoured syrup to the ice cream. This machine has the same high output as the Van Uno PAS and despite the multiflavour Colore presentation; there is only one freezing cylinder to clean. Specially developed by Whitby Morrison for mobiling applications, it has proved to be an unprecedented success.
