About Our Soft Ice Cream Machines
Working closely together, Whitby Morrison and Carpigiani have combined their technology and experience to develop the latest range of high output soft ice cream freezers. All models benefit from high performance freezing cylinders, “R” type pumps and multi-element beater blades. There are three models, which offer a choice of flavour options and output to suit all applications. With the added benefit of the latest high efficiency Whitby Morrison refrigeration base, all machines are considered to be ‘high output’. For indoor or special event operations, an electric motor drive is available which powers the soft ice cream machine from the on site mains electricity. These fantastic new machines are unique to the market and should not be confused with the lower performance electrically operated ‘shop’ machines.
