During March, Chris and Ian took to the road and made their way over to Ireland in the latest Mondial Lusso demonstrator van.
As soon as the boat arrived in Dublin they made their way to Gerd Smith and his impressive fleet. They then headed to the North and spent time with Paul and Damien McDonald before travelling on to meet James Neill and William Joy.
Whilst in the North Chris and Ian also took the opportunity to spend time with and be entertained by, Jim Robinson, Robert Morelli, Stephen Baxter ad Robert Neill. They then ventured a little further and took the chance to visit Fergal Carton with his lovely new Mondial Lusso and then catch up with Danny O’Kane and his Amalfi.
It was then time to head South, taking in a visit to Des Carroll before heading back over to Dublin to see the O’Brien family.
They then continued to work their way around to the South West, firstly catching up with Justin Murphy and then spending time with brothers Allan and Gary Murphy in Shannon. The final visit of the trip was to call in to see the Williams family in Cork.
