World Cup 2010: A Whitby Millennium Ice Cream Van was built to the standard soft Ice Cream Van specification, including the latest Carpigiani Rapida soft ice cream machine, 4-lid freezer and double chiller. It also featured football themed chimes, including Three Lions and The Great Escape. The vehicle was painted in a simple but attractive St George livery and was used by Whitby Morrison to support England throughout their 2010 World Cup campaign in South Africa.
Eddie Izzard / Sport Relief - Eddie Iz Running: A Whitby Millennium Ice Cream Van was put together to assist comedian Eddie Izzard on his 1100 mile run around Britain in aid of the charity Sport Relief. Unlike other corporate vehicles, this model included the latest Rapida soft ice cream machine. The final vehicle was completed in a traditional painted livery with sign written graphics and included the Chariots of Fire theme as the chime! The van was used to lead Eddie Izzard around the UK, giving away free ice cream and collecting donations to Sport Relief along the way.
